Billing and plans.

Plans differ by how much you measure. Each plan includes a set number of projects, and the brands you track inside a project are unlimited; prompt volume, projects, markets, and competitor slots are what change.

The plans

PlanMonthlyPromptsProjectsMarketsCompetitorsAI platforms
Starter$99501157
Pro$2391502187
Growth$46925032108
Agency$99945053158

Annual billing is available on every plan at a discount to twelve monthly payments. The current prices are on the pricing page, which is the authority if anything here disagrees with it.

Above the self-serve ladder sits an Enterprise arrangement, which is a conversation rather than a checkout.

What is metered

Prompts

The core unit. Each plan includes a number of prompt slots shared across your projects, and every tracked prompt takes one slot in every market you track it in.

Slots are the reason plans do not need brand limits inside a project. A project tracking one brand deeply and a project tracking three brands lightly consume the same capacity, so CiteHawk charges for the measurement rather than for the number of names. Projects themselves are counted: each plan includes the number in the table above, and a $49/month add-on adds another.

Markets and countries

AI platforms answer the same question differently depending on the country they answer for. Tracking a prompt in two markets means asking it twice, so markets multiply prompt consumption rather than adding to it.

Each plan includes a number of markets, shown in the table above. Additional countries are available as an add-on.

The run budget

Collections run automatically every Monday, and you can start the same collection on demand when you have shipped a change and do not want to wait. Each month your plan carries a run budget worth four full sweeps of your prompt slots. The weekly sweeps draw from that budget and always run, even in a month with five Mondays; on-demand runs use whatever remains, and the Start collection dialog shows the balance before you confirm. Need more in a busy month? Add prompt slots, or move up a plan.

Subscriptions started before the run-budget model keep their original monthly allowance of manual runs instead; the Start collection dialog shows whichever applies to your plan.

The free trial

New accounts open with a 14-day trial. No card is required, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

The trial opens features, not volume. During the trial you get the full Growth-level feature set, including the embeddable check widget and the leads it captures, and the 8 AI platforms Growth includes (a trial does not collect Grok), but your prompt volume and market count stay at the level your subscription actually pays for. The only features held back are the agency domain surfaces that provision real infrastructure: custom domains and sending domains stay on the paid Agency plan.

That split is deliberate. Data volume is what CiteHawk pays for on your behalf every week, so a trial that handed out unlimited collection would be a different product from the one you would then buy.

When the trial ends, the project keeps working at its own plan level. Nothing is deleted.

Add-ons

If a plan fits except for one dimension, add capacity to it rather than jumping a tier:

Add-onAddsStarterProGrowthAgency
Prompt slots50 slots per unit$79$79$79$79
Projects1 project per unit$49$49$49$49
Countries1 country per unit$49$119$235$499
GrokCollected on Grok 4.5$29$79$139$249

Prompt slots and projects cost the same on every plan; countries and Grok are priced by plan, because what one more country or one more engine costs to measure follows the volume the plan already carries. Add-ons bill on the same interval as your subscription and can be added or removed as your measurement changes. Add-on availability depends on the pricing model your subscription is on; if the option is not offered in your billing settings, your subscription predates it and the upgrade path is a plan change instead.

Changing or cancelling

Plan changes, payment details, invoices, and cancellation are all handled from your billing settings in the app. Billing is tied to your account rather than to any one project, so moving between projects does not change what you pay.

Cancelling stops future charges and leaves your collected data in place for the rest of the period you have paid for.
